Audi lets you drive the new A6 sedan using YouTube (Yahoo! News)

So you've been tweeting your heart out, but still haven't scored a 24-hour test drive in the new Audi R8? Fear not, the car maker is doing its best to show you what it's like to drive a new Audi, and this time it's teamed up with YouTube to make it happen. The company has produced a new interactive video lets you toss a new Audi A6 sedan around a road course simply by tapping a few numbers on your keyboard.

After starting the video, a short explainer will pop up detailing how to control the car. You simply press your keyboard's number keys to watch the sporty sedan navigate specific sections of a road course. If you time your button presses just right, you can effectively create your own test course and see how the car reacts when put up against quick turns, obstacles, and even water hazards.

Sure, an interactive video isn't quite the same as putting the rubber to pavement in a real car, but it's a neat display of what the car is capable of. Audi is already well-known for being extremely community oriented ? including a large presence on social networks like Twitter and Facebook ? and giving everyone a cool, almost-hands-on demo of the new A6 is definitely another reason to be an Audi fan.
