93% 50/50

It takes a pair to beat the odds Emotional This is a very unique film for it is the only one that I have seen that takes Cancer, such a devastating disease, and portrays it in a light-hearted comedy. I really had a great time watching this film, it has some of the strongest performances that both Rogen and Gordon-Levitt have yet put, and a really cute story line of how bromance and romance can cure anything.Adam (Gordon-Levitt) is diagnosed with cancer; in this comedy, Kyle his best friend tries to get him to fight it. This film follows Adams ups and downs whilst trying to beat cancer, and enjoy every breath he has left. This movie has one of the strongest performances of the year. Gordon-Levitt is funny but manages to at the same time spark a little sadness in everyone of us. Rogen is once again the same pot-head best friend, but this time he is better than ever. But its Anna Kendrick who again kills it and steals the spotlight, she is a psychologist who ends up falling in love with Adam. The actors are great and the characters are extremely fun.The only thing lacking in this movie is a better soundtrack. At times I felt as if there was something missing to make the scene a bit more touching, and I always drew the same conclusion: a better song. But overall a fun film, a cute and simple story line, that will get some tears out of you whether you want it or not, either by laughing to hard or crying to hard, or in fact both. I liked it and think many of you will like it too. Adam: "See, but... that's bullshit. That's what everyone has been telling me since the beginning. "Oh, you're gonna be okay," and "Oh, everything's fine," and like, it's not... It makes it worse... that no one will just come out and say it. Like, "hey man, you're gonna die. "
